Most of the wait is for PropTx and your broker to sign. We do the rest.

Choose your domain
Use a domain you already own, or we register one for you. We put up a page with your name and brokerage straight away, because PropTx needs a live site to approve.
Sign your PropTx data agreements
You sign the IDX agreement (and VOW for sold data) in the PropTx portal and choose MNS Property Services as your vendor. We walk you through it.
Your broker signs off
Your Broker of Record approves the agreements. Letting them know in advance makes this much faster.
Your site goes live
We connect the listings, add your branding, and show you how to read your leads in a 30-minute call.
Questions agents ask
Do I need my own data agreements?
Yes. TRREB data is licensed to each agent, so you sign your own IDX agreement, and a VOW agreement if you want sold data, naming us as your vendor. Your broker signs too. We help you with every step.
Does TRREB charge for the data?
No. TRREB does not charge its members for data access, so there is no extra data fee on top of your plan.
Why do visitors have to sign up to see sold prices?
TRREB's rules allow sold and historical data only for registered users of an agent's website. We build those rules into your site, and every sign-up comes to you as a lead.
I'm not a TRREB member. Can I still join?
Yes, on the Starter plan, using the national CREA feed for active listings. Sold data is only available through TRREB/PropTx.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point your domain to us, or we register a new one for you.
Who owns my leads?
You do. You can download your leads at any time, and we never share them with other agents.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel any time. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free.
Can my site be in Farsi?
Yes. Pro and higher plans include English and Farsi pages, and we can add other languages on request.
